| Case Name: | State v. Roberson | |||
| Citation: | 929 So.2d 789 (La. Ct. App. 2006) | |||
| Case Description: |
The state convicted Roberson of second-degree murder. The murder took place in a hotel room, where investigators found cigarettes and fingerprints that they were able to link back to the defendants charged in the murder. Roberson appealed his conviction on several grounds, one of which was that circumstantial evidence found was not sufficient to convict him. The appellate court affirmed his conviction. |
